Ray L. Ngo, Esq., is a member in good standing with the Utah State Bar (Bar # 11936) and the State Bar of New York (Bar # 4780706). He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Utah and New York, as well as in federal immigration courts in all 50 states.

Mr. Ngo has represented hundreds of clients in state and federal courts. He has handled both civil and criminal matters nationwide, including multiple appeals in several states which have led to published court decisions that changed the law.

Mr. Ngo is the author of several law-related journal papers and articles. He has been a member of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Utah Law Review, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
